1. Scope & Applicability

This Data Processing Notice forms part of the master enterprise agreement for Customers operating in regulated jurisdictions under GDPR, CCPA, or DPDP Act requiring formal data processing terms.

2. Authorized Sub-Processors

Synaps engages the following infrastructure providers:

Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Primary cloud compute and database hosting.
Supabase Inc: Encrypted blob and document storage.
LemonSqueezy: Merchant of Record & Payment processing.

3. International Data Transfers

Where data transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) occur, Synaps relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
